The Pushup is usually the first exercise to come to mind anytime we talk about home fitness. Although extremely popular, it is still very much underrated on how effective it is in building up your chest, arms and back muscles.

Here is how to effectively do a push up:

First lay on the floor. Position your hands approximately at shoulder width. Then lift your body into a pushup position, make sure your knees are off the floor and maintain a straight line from your head to your heel.

Then lower your chest till you get an inch from the floor, and then push up back to the original position. That is 1 Push up.
